ABOUT THE PROJECT

Profen is a technology and engineering company operating in the fields of communications, telecommunications, defense, media, and broadcasting. The company provides national and international scale infrastructure and system solutions.

Within the scope of this project, an end-to-end professional audio, video, and signal management infrastructure for Profen’s main meeting room has been designed, installed, and commissioned. A high-quality and sustainable AV integration that ensures speech intelligibility, uninterrupted wireless communication, and high-resolution video transmission during corporate meetings has been successfully completed.

WHAT WE DID

Technologies and System Components Used

  • Audio Management and Mixer: A 16-channel audio mixer has been integrated to manage the audio sources in the meeting room.
  • Podium and Wireless Microphones:
    • - Wireless Relacart podium microphone has been installed for podium speakers.
    • - Wireless Relacart handheld and lapel microphone systems have been preferred for participants and presenters.
  • Audio Broadcasting and Acoustics: Speakers and a subwoofer for low frequencies have been installed to ensure sound distribution throughout the hall.
  • Video and Display Systems: LED screen installation has been completed and the system has been commissioned for the transmission of presentation and meeting content. Tascam brand units were used in the LED screen infrastructure.
  • Signal Transmission: Aten brand HDMI extender and switch solutions have been positioned for video signal transmission and source switching.
  • Rack Cabinet Integration: All receivers and central devices have been organized inside the Rack Cabinet, with cable management and labeling completed prior to handover.
