ABOUT THE PROJECT
Following the successful completion of the indoor meeting rooms integration for the KADEM
Foundation by AVITENG, our collaboration continued with their subsequent garden and landscape
renovation project.
Within the scope of the project, an end-to-end Audio, Video, and Control Automation
infrastructure was designed and implemented to facilitate professional-grade meetings,
presentations, ceremonies, and various outdoor events in the foundation's garden and landscape
area.

WHAT WE DID
PROJECT SCOPE & SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
A high-quality, weather-resistant AV infrastructure tailored for outdoor conditions has been
deployed:

• Video & Display Infrastructure: Outdoor LED Screen providing high
visibility and clarity under daylight conditions, driven by a professional Novastar LED
Video Processor.

• Audio & Speaker Infrastructure: 6 MAG Audio loudspeakers and sub-speaker
systems ensuring homogeneous sound distribution and superior acoustic performance in open
areas.

• Wireless Microphone Systems: High-frequency stable Relacart wireless
handheld and lavalier microphone systems for presentations and events.

• Camera & Streaming Infrastructure: Professional PTZ camera setup for event
tracking and live streaming applications.

• Central Rack Cabinet & Automation: All core equipment is integrated into a
climate-controlled Outdoor Rack Cabinet housed right behind the LED screen.

• Centralized Tablet Control & UI: The entire system is intuitively managed
via a mobile tablet utilizing an ATEN control processor and customized mobile interface
software.
CENTRALIZED TABLET AUTOMATION & UI ARCHITECTURE
The key highlight of the project is the seamless, fully integrated control of all AV subsystems
via a Single Tablet Application. A dedicated UI/UX interface and custom
automation scenarios were tailored specifically for KADEM Foundation's outdoor operations using
the ATEN control processor.
- • Powering the outdoor LED screen and Novastar processor ON and OFF is executed instantly
with a single tap on the tablet screen without needing physical access to the rack cabinet.
- • ATEN matrix switcher's 4 input channels are visualized on the tablet interface. Live
preview checking of active sources during scene/presentation transitions and routing any
source to the LED screen can be done with a single touch.
- • The digital audio mixer works in full harmony with the tablet application. Master volume
levels of the MAG Audio speakers, sub-speaker balance, and individual gains for Relacart
(handheld/lavalier) microphones can be adjusted in real time directly via the tablet.
