Al Mamlaka TV Requirement Al Mamlaka TV required a compact, turnkey production solution capable of 4K broadcast-quality visuals with seamless integration of VR and AR elements. Key requirements included:


    High-performance PTZ cameras for live video capture.
    Real-time virtual studio graphics rendering.

    Customizable solutions adaptable to evolving production needs.
    Comprehensive training for operators on Unreal Engine and Zero Density platforms.

Solution Provided AVITENG delivered a complete system on a design-and-build basis, comprising:

1. Camera System

           Panasonic AW-UE150K: 4K/HD integrated camera with NDI option for high-quality video capture, and Panasonic AW-RP60GJ remote camera controller for precise control.
           Tracking Data with FreeD Protocol: The Panasonic PTZ cameras provided tracking data using the FreeD protocol, a widely used open standard for transmitting real-time camera positioning data, enabling seamless integration with virtual studio graphics systems.

2. Graphics and Control Package

           A 4K virtual studio graphics engine powered by Zero Density Reality Engine, optimized for PTZ camera tracking applications.
           Real-time keying in 4K for superior performance and seamless HD output, with upgrade options to 4K output.
           Zero Density Reality Engine: Known for its real-time photorealistic rendering capabilities, this engine enables Al Mamlaka TV to achieve unparalleled visual quality for virtual productions.
           Zero Density Reality Hub: This control hub streamlines virtual production workflows, allowing operators to manage graphics, assets, and tracking data efficiently.

3. Lighting System

           Dexel Prixma Pro Compact 150W LED Lights (12 units): Variable white color temperature for studio lighting.
           Dexel Prixma Pro Cyc SoftColor RGBW Lights (3 units): RGBW lighting with DMX control for versatile effects.
           Barndoor attachments for precise light shaping.

4. Training and Consultancy

           On-site training in Unreal Engine and Zero Density platforms, covering Reality Engine and Reality Hub
           VR & AR set design consultancy, ensuring optimal use of the system's capabilities.

Installation and Commissioning

The installation process included:


    System assembly, testing, and commissioning at Al Mamlaka TV’s site.
    Calibration of PTZ cameras for optimal tracking.
