We are looking for a SENIOR SALES and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who is going to increase our Pro AV, Broadcast and Film Technologies business volume in Kazakhstan with his/her experience and strong understanding of supplier management, project and sales processes, long-term cooperation in the business relations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Industry proven track record of sales performance

- Experience in building and developing new relationships, creating pipelines and closing sales

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Prioritization, time management and organizational ability

- High motivation and goal-oriented work

- Strong listening and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving ability

Job Description:

- Having his/her own existing customer portfolio, he/she is going to develop a new customer portfolio for our company and create strategies for it

- To start and build our Kazakhstan branch office

- To implement a planned work based on quarterly and annual sales quotas

- Creating and presenting an accurate and realistic sales plan to achieve targets

- To increase the company sales performance in Kazakhstan thanks to his/her strong customer management and problem-solving ability

- Able to maintain customer relations after sales and project

- Able to make a difference with working discipline

- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients based on trust

- Present our products, solutions and offers in an attractive way

- Developing new sales tactics, acquiring new customers by engaging unorthodox thinking

- Find, present and implement appropriate solutions to increase customer acquisition and business volume

- Coordinate pre- and post-sales project processes with team members and other departments that exist in Turkey

- To research, follow and share the developments in the sector with the management
